Job responsibilities :
1. According to business needs, it is responsible for drafting and reviewing various types of contract documents and legal documents of the company, avoiding legal risks and ensuring the reasonable legality of business development.
2. Responsible for external communication with the judicial department, arbitration institutions and the legal profession.
3. Assist external lawyers in handling corporate legal disputes, litigation and other legal matters, and safeguarding the company's legitimate rights and interests.
4. Other legal matters that the leadership confesses.
Requirement:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, law and other related majors, with more than 2 years of corporate legal work experience;
2. Those who are qualified as lawyers or pass the judicial examination are preferred;
3. Proficiency in the daily legal affairs of the company;
4. Have good communication and negotiation skills, be good at handling interpersonal relationships, and be able to conduct cross-departmental cooperation, communication and coordination.
5. Have strong anti-stress, have a high sense of responsibility, strict logical thinking ability and correct judgment.
